greg334 Posted January 12, 2005 Posted January 12, 2005 Ok I have tried to figure this problem out for weeks and I give up. After 300 installations, this is the most trouble I have had. I install osCommerce on a standard linux/mysql/php4 platform and everything works great for the first hour or so. I shut down my web browser, (IE 6 on windowsXP professional sp2 by the way) and go back to the admin section and I can?t log back in. The customer login and everything else works great. What happens is I put in my login info and click the login button but it kicks me right back to the login screen and the login info is gone. If I put in the wrong login info, it does the same thing, returns me back to the login page without the login info. AND I do not get the warning about the wrong user name/password. It does not matter what browser I use, IE, Netscape, Opera, etc? it is all the same. I have even tried Mac and Linux computers at different locations and even cleared the sessions, still does not work. Has anyone had this problem before? I can lock down the directory so I am inclined to ask does anyone know how to eliminate the login code so I can go directly into the admin section. Thanks in advance Greg
