dsatchell Posted January 12, 2005 Posted January 12, 2005 I have a customer that owes me ~$4,500 and I want to give him the option of paying be with a credit card through Paypal. I'm concerned that he may later try and do a charge back even though he would have no reason to as he is not disputing any of the work on the invoice that I gave him. So my questions is: What would I need to do or get in order to make sure that if he contested the charge with MC/Visa that I would win? Would he need to sign some form of a contract/agreement?
