Which EasyPopulate?

A newbie here. Two quick questions. I see two different contributes of EasyPopulate (EasyPopulate 2.72 and Easy Populate). Could someone give me some advice on which one to use.

 

Also I have finally gotten everything to work and have done several design modifications as well as added a few contributes. Will EasyPopulate overwrite any files? ...it appears to just add some.
