Admin Password?

Hi,

 

How do I set the admin password?

 

Initially, i setup the store and it let me straight in. Now when i go back it asks for username and password, but nowhere in the setup was i asked for one.

 

Any ideas?

by default osCommerce has no admin password protection. what does the box look like?

if i go to mydomain.co.uk/admin it asks for one.

 

If i go directly to the php page it doesnt.

 

So the site admin is not password protected? Surely that renders it useless?

Any comments? How can a 'product' of this calibre not have password protection?
