paypals own ipn setup

Basically ive installed a template to change the look of osc gone to install paypal ipn 2.9 like i have before and realised that if i overwrite the files everything will be destroyed, i know its not the perfect fix but it'll do, on paypals website you tick the box to activate ipn and fill in a url, what is that url?

I have this working for my site, and touch wood (i've done it now and tempted fate) have not had anymore lost orders. the url you need to enter is http://www.mywebsite.com/checkout_process.php
