How would i get my entire page to resize?

For example, my site is at this location and when it loads, the page is larger than my header banner... the banner is 1024px, how do i make the window not go larger than 1024px?

Well, purely from a graphics standpoint, you should make your banner size smaller... also remember, the larger the graphic, the longer the load time users may encounter. Despite the wide range of broadband available, most users on the net are still using a dial-up connection. So in short, reduce the general size of your banner. And make sure to constrain your proportions so you don't deform it.

My banner is only 65k. It's a compressed GIF. The problem isnt the banner, i get a margin on the right side if the default 100% window is used.
