images in both http and https

Thanks to all the great help my store is finally functional. I do have one small problem. I have one of those setups with both httpdocs and httpSdocs directories. I have a copy of the store in both places with the admin only in the secure directory. The store is only secure on checkout and this works great.

 

The problem is when I add a product in the admin and upload an image. The image is saved only in the secure directory. I'm sure I could tweak it and have it saved only in the regular directory, but what I really need is to have it saved to both. Does anyone konw how I can do this?
