Uptech Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 I get an error at the bootom of my page that says unable to determine page link. I im guessing that it is this error that stops me from viewing my products. They show up on the side panel as having say 4 products in one folder but when you go to that folder they do not appear. Same thing if you go through the manufaturer. This error also comes up once i submit the form to sign up for my website. Any help would be greatly appreicated. Thank you

You need to get your hosting company to reboot the httpd files on that server for the installation to be completed. At the moment it is not linked by an intermediate certificate and this is generating errors. If they tell you that they don't need to reboot, tell them to reboot anyway. The page link error seems to relate to application_bottom.php and/or footer.php, so I recommend you check that they exist in the 'includes' folder. Vger

But with the two files that you said could be generating the errors. Would the errors those caused be stopping my products from showing? and also i am a novice at this i was able to get to the files from your directions but how would i know what is wrong and how to fix it?
