I have veified the passwords are correct but still unable to login. at the login screen I enter the email address and password. my developer says he has no problems. I have not had any problems before. I am running windows xp and mozilla/firefox. I have also try accessing at work but nothing. I even click the forgotten password - nothing. I have cleared cache, reduce security settings, removed cookies but still not able to login. I am running the latest version of os commerce. what do you think is going on? how do I fix if my developer says he can login but I am saying it does not work for me?

bobg7 Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 Quick hint, Admin user/password are not the same as customer username/password I say this since as far as I know there is no 'Forgotten Password link for the Admin area unless your developer set something up. Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going.
Guest Posted January 11, 2005 Posted January 11, 2005 if you are getting admin_email_text then your developer has something incorrectly installed. ask your developer for their username and password developer will still have to fix the other error
