middle table display more items

on the main page, the middle tables brings up random products and there are only 3 rows and 3 columns. I can deal with 3 columns but I want to add more rows. How do I do this. Im a newbie by the way so please explain in newbie terms. My website is http://www.pcwaredirect.com

Go to your Admin control panel - Configuration - Maximum Values.

 

Change New Products Module from 9 to 12 or 15 or 18 etc.
