Where can I find EVERY field in EVERY table that has to do with a product?

In other words, say I wanted to add a product going table by table and entering in the info field by field.

 

What fields on which tables would I want to use.

I have somewhere a diagram of the osc layout. I think you can also find it in the contributions area. It shows you ALL tables and ALL relationships between them. If you can find it and want it just email me.
