can you place another request saying ' my site only recieves ordrers sometimes when a customers orders through paypal , some orders come through but most do not I just get a paypal reciept and thats all

I believe the reason you are getting this message is because the customer must click on the "click here to finish your purchase" or something like that... on the paypal page.

That link takes them back to your site to complete the sale, if they do not click there you get the paypal payment but your site doesn't complete the order.
