Cart and admin bring up blank pages

Hello,

 

Sorry if this is a newbie question, but I just installed osCommerce and everything finished successfully per the installation results. When I click on "Catalog" and "Admin" it brings up blank pages for both. What is wrong and how can i fix this?

 

 

For the cart : http://www.baylessweb.com/catalog

 

and the admin page does the same ..

Well, I don't get a blank page - this is what I see

 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /catalog/ on this server

 

and when I try catalog/index.php I get a file not found error.

 

I don't think that the files are where you think they are! Check them out via FTP

I couldn't find my problem in the KB online so I figured I would delete and reinstall. Actually I just deleted the catalog 5 mins ago and am going to try and reinstall it.. we'll see what happends now :)

select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration

You need to check both of your configure.php files, because it looks as though you don't have the database name listed in one or both of those files.
