Shipping Zones... help please

Hi everyone,

 

I am using the royal mail shipping module as my store is based in the UK. Shipping within the UK works just fine but I am having major problems in setting up international shipping.

 

I have read the comments in the php file and it says about creating zones with the countries in that you will ship to... my problem is I cant find where I setup the zones or the costs for zones.

 

Can anyone please help me as this is a major problem.
