J4mie Posted January 10, 2005 Posted January 10, 2005 Hi All, I am new to Os and am having problems with my checkout_shipping Continue Button! It should forward customers to the checkout_payment page but it does not! Any Idea's???

Mine seems to work most of the time apart from when one or more of the products in the cart is software (something that can be downloaded). I have tried turning off the download manager but that doesnt help. I would appreciate any help anyone can give me, I am running OSCommerce CRE Loaded 6. Rob

Rob <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I encounter the same problem. When I put a downlable product to the shopping cart I'm redirected to the checkout_payment.php page. But I can't terminate the order. It's ok when I put in cart another product which is not downlable. Moreover, when : >> I put items on the cart and go until the checkout confirmation >> then return to the shopping cart & delete items >> then put a downlable article in cart => I can terminate the checkout process and the order is registered.
