Recover cart sales question

Hi,

I installed recover cart sales 1.4f. It did not work but did not have errors. I was following a thread on the contrib support page for Raul who had the same trouble. http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=67701

It recommended that unsold carts reports 1.7a be installed to see if that worked.

and then try reinstalling the recover cart sales contrib. This worked for Raul but I still have a working unsold carts report 1.7a and a recover cart sales 1.4f that has a page in the admin but when a search is done nothing is found. Has any experienced this that found another solution.

Please disregard this post. After drilling down several pages of the support thread I was able to find my answer. Thanks for you intrest in my question.
