Hello All

I'm not much of a PHP programer? I spent 2 hrs looking for the codes on this and not successful. Does anyone knows why the UPS module adds 3 extra lbs to the specified weight? The product in the cart is specified 4 lbs but at checkout it says 1x7 lbs.

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

United Parcel Service (1 x 7lbs)

Next Day Air Early AM $58.04

Next Day Air $26.83

Next Day Air Saver $23.27

2nd Day Air $13.74

3 Day Select $11.11

Ground $7.80

Could you please point me in the right direction to makes changes to this?

Thanks a bunch,

Check your tare weight. Admin center -> configuration -> shipping and packaging -> tare weight -> set to 0

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

Thank you very much. That did it!

I set tare weight to 0 and it deducts 1 lb out. when I set the Larger Packages also to 0, it worked!!!
