Infobox header border

For each infobox header where it says categories, quick find etc. I want to add a surrounding black border.

 

I've tried so many ways yet I still cant achive it. Have a look my store and you'll see that i've managed to put borders around the box but the borders for the header are missing.

could you please tell me how to make it work?

Go to the stylesheet.css and play with the background colors, and other thinigs.
