In my Store Configuration I have the store email set to : info@ sales, paypal, shipping, billing issues, etc will be handled by : sales@ In my Store Configuration >> Store Address & Phone I have this comment: Questions concerning your order can be sent to: [email protected] In paypal I have set customer service email to be : sales@ .... long story short... after everything goes smoothly in sandbox environment ... and I go to update order status and send them an update about ...blah blah thank you ...item is being delivered .... etc ... ...when they get the email..everything seems ok..except the default line: Your order has been updated to the following status. New status: Delivered Please reply to this email if you have any questions. If they were to reply to this email, they would reply to info@ instead of sales@ how can that be properly corrected without changing the default text (as I like the default text )?
