Add ITEM # ?

I would like for someone to show me how - or tell me who - could send me code to allow for the ITEM number to be listed in my order form.

 

I think the ITEM number is for more important than the Product picture.

 

I want to remove the Product picture, and add the ITEM number to the list of merchandise my customers buy.

 

Like - Where! ...would this code go?
