complete mewbie needs help

Hi

 

I hope that i havent made a mistake. I have installed oscommerce2, and have had no trouble. What i need to know is now that i have everything installed, what do i do now. I have to set everything up, add products,descriptions and pictures etc.

 

Where do i do all this?

 

Is there a simple way of doing things?

 

All you people who have set things up already must be able to help.

My husband and I used the Admin pannel to configure the store and ad produce catagories and items, descriptions prices taxes all that. For pictures we used the cpanel options.
