Background color in all catagories/headings

Hello,

 

Can someone tell me what .css area I use to change the BG color in the areas such as catagories, what's new, reviews, specials, etc? I am not trying to change the header BG but the BG color in the box area and am having a hard time trying to find the #xxxxxx color .

 

Is there any doc that explains the .css stylesheet?

is the one.

 

don't know if theres any doc that would explain but if you look at the code/html you'l see whivh styles are being applied where!
