Darky Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 i noticed in my paypal there is only ONE area for IPN? does anyone know how can I get multiple IPNs for Paypal?? or a solution if i run multiple websites that all use IPNs!?
Jack_mcs Posted January 8, 2005 Posted January 8, 2005 I'm not sure about multiple IPN's for one shop. Why would that be needed? But for multiple shops, set the auto return option to off in your PayPal account settings. Works for me. The paypal shopping cart ipn contribution controls the ipn return so you do not need to set the url in your paypal account. You leave it blank so you can have multiple stores runnning ipn on the same account. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
poorman Posted May 14, 2005 Posted May 14, 2005 Hello, I have a question related to this post, I am using the osC team PayPal IPN, the question is how best to setup your email? I have a domain email address setup in paypal, now if I get an order from another domain the paypal order will still say [email protected], how do you get around that? Thank you for any input. user99999999 Posted May 14, 2005 Posted May 14, 2005 If you set the IPN values in the transaction they will override the settings in aypal account notify_url return cancel_return Look in the OSC version http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2679
