Hi,

Obviously,I'm new to this.

I need to know where I can find the default code(PHP,HTML?) so I can

change the image paths,so I can put my store name Etc. at the top of the page,

instead of the oscommerce logo.

Also,if you can tell me how I can defaut oscommerce to my domain,so it

displays instead of index.html when my domain is entered in a browser.

Thank you very much for any help. :'(

If it ain't fixed,broke it!

Hi

You need to go to catalog/includes/header.php

You open the file and either find oscommerce.gif and replace it with your file.

An easy way to do this it right click on the text, select all and copy.

Open an editing program like notepad, from the drop down menu select replace and type in the oscommerce.gif and replace it with your file. Select all again, and copy. Go to the interface select all and paste and you are done.

Well I changed the oscommerce logo at the top of the page by using my logo

and naming it to oscommerce.gif.

But,if anyone knows how,I would like to direct link my domain to oscommerce.

Right now I am using a temprary under construction page with a link to

oscommerce at www.soldatleroys.com.

Don't worry, there is nothing to sell on this site yet,so I;m not trying to spam.

If anyone has any ideas about direct linking oscommerce, please help.

Thank you,LeRoy B)
