Adding a Script intop an Info Box

I want to add a scrit into an infobox what code would I need to add to the box php to get a script to run?

 

I also need an image in one that when clicked will take me to the contact us page, what would I enter for that one??

Maybe I understand this wrong, but the code you would need to add is the code of the script you want to run...? :blink:
