itfitz Posted January 7, 2005 Posted January 7, 2005 Does it not make sense that the proper protocol for creating contributions would be to have 2 options availabe for installing them. 1. To have all of the files that need to be uploaded ready to go for fresh installs 2. Have another installation set with just the changes to the files, which in turn, makes it easier to edit your store. Since many of us already have a pretty well hacked store with plenty of mods already in it, I am sure more than one of us has overwritten a file inadvertantly. Like I said, just a thought.
