How to get rid of the ruler in the background

Pls see this Webpage. Can I know how to clear

 

1) I want the clear the background without the ruler sign and lines.

2) I want to delete the footer above the word power by OSCommerce

"A Pand I creation....."

 

Can someone guide me how I can do this.
