Guest Posted January 7, 2005 Share Posted January 7, 2005 i'd like to add some new input to collect from customers in the contact us page. i'd like to add a column for them to insert a phone number and also a drop down list where they can class the email as like feedback, sales enquiry, technical...etc i tried looking in the contributions but failed to find any that have this functions. well i believe some of you have done it before, please advice me on how to get it done.. thanks a lot Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
