Guest Posted January 7, 2005 Posted January 7, 2005 if u r using apache and *nix, you can get more info on how to use CRON in the tips and tricks, to setup a cron job to do an automatic backup of the database file, then immediately following that, to do a 'tar' archive of the whole site. then all you have to do is ftp the copy to your local system the next day.

In other words, if you are away for a few days, no backup ? Treasurer MFC

ozEworks Posted February 10, 2005 Posted February 10, 2005 Where do you download MySQL administrator from? Also to repeat the question, has anyone worked out how to automate the currency update. (These two things are the main ones in CPanel that need to be be done regularly)
