Rodland Posted January 7, 2005 Posted January 7, 2005 When I update the order status from, say, Pending to Processing the order status email my customer gets does not have the comments, instead this is what I get: Order Number: 303Detailed Invoice: https://www.xxxxxxxxxxxx.com/ EMAIL_TEXT_COMMENTS_UPDATE Your order has been updated to the following status. New status: Processing Please reply to this email if you have any questions. How can I fix this? Thanks, Christian
