Good Morning,

I am trying to have the total amount appear on the screen where the credit card information is being entered ("Payment Information"). Is this something that can be done? If so, any help would be appreciated.

Thank You,

Pete

Have you looked through the contributions? Seems like I have seen one that gave you a box with a total including shipping but I cannot remember the name of it so you might want to search and see what you can find.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.

Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems?

There are many very useful osC Contributions

Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here

BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??

Found one to add info to the header and to add info to the browser status bar... but nothing...

I found this:

http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...ch,shipping+box

But seems like overkill for what I want.

On the screen prior to the payment information the customer is presented with the shipping options he/she can use.

On the next screen, is the payment screen. I just want my customers to see the total that they will be charged.

?

Hey Pete,

I use the ship in cart and it does do a great job of giving an "estimated" total charge. On top of that I also use a contrib called "Add Cart details to status bar" it will add the total number of products, weight, and total current cost (w/o shipping, taxes, coupons, etc..) to the status bar of the browser. Again it isn't the total fix you want, but I figure if I put enough references to estimate how much they are going to spend then they won't be all that surprised come check out.

You can see it in action at My Webpage ..just don't complete an order.

Anything?

I can't be the only person...
