I don't quite understand what you're trying to achieve, can you be more explicit?

In your includes/header.php file look for the following line

<td valign="middle"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_DEFAULT) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . 'oscommerce.gif', 'osCommerce') . '</a>'; ?></td>

Replace the oscommerce.gif with the name of your logo image file, then upload the file to your images directory. Replace osCommerce with the name of your store. Make sure you do not remove or change anything other than the text, you must leave the single quotes alone.

The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.
