Reseller/distrubutors module or addon

Hello,

 

I have many resellers all over the country that advertise my product, they throw out flyers, I would like to include a coupon code(that reseller id) that will give the customer a 10% discount and give the resseller a 10% of the sale. Is there something like that out there for OS commerce.
