I create online learning materials and tutorials for a range of applications and I wish to use OScom as the delivery platform. I have set up the products but when I try to purchase a tutorial the link for the customer to download the software does not appear. I read the knowledge base notes which I found confusing but have tried to follow them as specified. Any ideas? Many thanks for your help

Julian <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Hi Julian I did enable the download function and I believe its working as after the checkout feature (and when I look in My Account) it says "your download link is:" and it tells me I have 5 days before it expires and I can have only 1 download. Its just that the download link isn't visible!! Bill
