Postage Charge Problems

I have all my charges set up (100:1.52,150:1.94 etc) and entered the weight of the product in (say 123) but then it adds .00 on the 123 would this make any diffrence to the charge because I am getting the postage charge at 0.00 at checkout. I have tried using 100.00:1.52,150.00:1.94 but still no luck, anyone know whats going wrong? Any help would be great.
