You can get a Contribution like Simple Template System (STS) from the link above to assist making changes, but the pages can be altered manually once you know where to look. Use a file manager or ftp client (I like Filezilla) to view/edit the following...wait, back up all of your files first!...edit stylesheet.css, header.php, footer.php, column_left.php and column_right.php. The stylesheet is for colors, fonts, etc. and the others are for relative positions of elements(or deletions if there are things you don't want).
