installing oscommerce again using ftp where and how is the best way to do this, and do i need to delete the oscommerce that is their, doing a reinstall as the store was played with by me and could not fix.

 

and what do they mean by the web server document path

 

is it best to put in a different place at all

if you want to keep the database....back it up and restore it

save your setup if it worked ... in your configure.php files

 

and if you want to keep your directories tidy... I would delete them all to get rid of any 'extra' files, images, folders, etc that you no longer need or may even be aware they are there...
