Status after purchase = need product to delete

Ok, I upload the books with EP and they are Active...all fine... then I run a test sale and buy a book and it changes the status icon to red, but the book is still listed in Admin under the category. I don't want these sold books to keep stacking up. Is there a way to stop this? Once a book is sold, its SOLD, not going to be another one to take its place since we treat all books as individuals. Somewhere down the road I don't want a qty of these titles taking up space...is there a way...a SIMPLE way... to have these titles removed after the sale is changed to delivered?
