scottsw
Someone registered in my store with a fake name, address, e-mail, etc. Why would they want to do that? There is absoloutley no benifit in that right? I have downloadable products, could they be trying to hack them somehow. Is there a way to do that if they purchase from paypal with a fake credit card perhaps?

I probably get one or two a month over the past 2 yrs... some people change their mind, some people are just checking out your system, etc.... maybe this is someone that tried to purchase something but the system failed on them. There are several contributions out there that can help you. I like using abandonned carts to see what they had in their carts, etc..... there is also another contrib somewhere that runs a report against inactive accounts and I think allows you to delete them. I don't use it as my store only creates an account during the checkout process.... B)
