Attribute Apply to ALL Products!

Reading down, I think someone mentioned something close to this. So forgive me in advance if this was covered and missed it. But with my limited experience with osC, my "gut" feeling is that there has got to be an easy way or even a module available which will allow us to add an Attribute once and have it apply to ALL products.

 

Is there a way/work-around/module available that does this?

 

All I want to do is add ONE SINGLE condition/option to all products. Which would be the same for all products. Maybe in the form of a drop-down with 2 options. Either ON or OFF, and of course the results would need to show up in our email along with the order info.
