vertmonkee Posted January 3, 2005 Posted January 3, 2005 I have been playing around with oscommerce for a while and decided to do a "clean" version just using the contributions i wanted etc. After installing a fresh version of os commerce I can not create an account. Does any one have any ideas. All I get is the "This page can not be displayed screen". Thanks
vertmonkee Posted January 3, 2005 Author Posted January 3, 2005 I reckon it was to do with my ssl settings in the 2 configure files. They are now both set to false and it works. Sorry if i wasted any ones time

I have never had any problems with a site using its own certificate and it looks better to the customers anyway. The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing. Do you have a problem? Have you checked out Common Problems? There are many very useful osC Contributions Are you having trouble with a installed contribution? Have you checked out the support thread found Here BACKUP BACKUP BACKUP!!! You did backup, right??
