Quick shipping quotes from home page

Does anyone know of a way to have a quick, simple, shipping quote calculator on my site without a customer having to sign up? If they could just enter the weight and destination zip code and get a price back that would be great, and all I need.

 

I sell a fairly heavy product and shipping is everyone's main concern, and I think they leave a lot before even finding out how much the order will cost because the shipping quote now will only show up once they become a customer, or at the very least, enter their full address, etc.
