keyword and description question on google ?

need a bit of advice here.

Which is best for google.

or

i have read quote "

Meta description

Google does not index your meta 'keywords' tag but it does index your meta 'description' tag. Make sure your description contains your most important search keywords."

this is what i have

<title>Collecting Filmcells .Free Worldwide Delivery .Buy Direct from the Source</title>

</head>

should i put my keywords in my description ?? or is this ok . my main keyword for my site would be "filmcell" and "film cell"

Google doesn't use either of them as the other SE's do. Depending on the content of your page, google may take some of the information from them but you should not rely on it. Your tags are fine as is except for the keywords. You have far too many keywords. Your page should be optimized for your keyword. By having so many keywords in the meta tag, you are diluting your keyword density for that page. If you want to target those other keywords, create another page and use them there. You should only target two, maybe three if you have a lot of content, keywords per page.
