I'm spanish... and i trying to explain my problem: I've got a NEW server... and i trying to recover de data base backup but when i load my page... says that: Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: 'mundoacc_osc1@localhost' (Using password: YES) in /home/mundoacc/public_html/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! Can anybody help me? (my inglish is to bad... sorry) Bye!
♥Vger Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 Your English is better than my Spanish! Have you already restored your database from a backup? If you have, and you now get this error message then - maybe your database User Name and Password in your configure.php files was different before? Maybe you need to change them back to what they were before? Vger

But now the problem is in the admin folder... 1046 - No Database Selected select configuration_key as cfgKey, configuration_value as cfgValue from configuration [TEP STOP] Where can i change the "database connection" settings for the admin? ....
OceanRanch Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 To throw in an "assist" for Vger, You probably changed catalog/includes/configure.php for your catalog. You now can make the same same changes for the admin area in catalog/admin/includes/configure.php HTH Tom
