Jordon Posted January 1, 2005 Posted January 1, 2005 I am one fishman for osc, and I installed it on mysite. Yesterday I test my site for test-order (I use 2CO payment gateway). Oh, all were well for first three steps of four-checkout steps. But the page is translating to 2CO by clicking "Confirm Order" button. And I had set DEMO for 2CO payment. Of course, then it translated to "checkout_success.php" page after I input DEMO credit card numbers. BUT I can't find ANY order in admin panel. I tried more times but all the same. Could someone can explain to me about it here? Or someone met the same case as mine? Jordon

It has the test mode, so I believe it MUST be useful. I doubt where I were setting wrong parameter. OK, just now I called my one good friend to place a live order for me. Oh, it still not any order info in admin panel. HOW CAN I DO ? The problem was that I forgot to set the correct Response/Receipt URL in the settings for the gateway. It had nothing to do with osCommerce per se. At the end of the checkout process, the customer got an error page and I got cash but no order (good short-term situation but bad long-term). Check your gateway settings.
