Missing categories in category tree..

Hi!

 

I've just discovered a fatal error in my webshop. There are subcategories missing in my category tree. The actual subcategory is viewable from the mainpage if i click on the maincategory in the category tree. Also, the "productcounter" lies, I have 28 different products in one category but in the tree next to the link it says (7)

Where the category named "Handskar" is missing in the menu but is visible in the mainpage.
