Downloads with Nochex

Hi

I've setup Nochex and placed a product in the downloads folder, every thing is setup right.

Every time I checkout, I'm taken to the nochex payment page, unlike a test on the credit card, where it shows the download link, there is nothing on the Nochex page. the product is free.

Any ideas
