Forced Banner Sizes???

Is there a way I can change and force the banner script to resize banners to a certain size?

Say I wanted to force banners of any size to a 468 x 80 or a 356 x 56 space...is that possible and how?

I am still combing searches for the answer to this and just wondering if anyone knows how this would be done...I'm assuming a simple line or two in the footer script where my banner system id. I know that in the script in my front page when placing a banner manager on other sites (html) I can resize it easily...but this is not that and looking for what and how I can do it....wanting to force from any size that now shows to a constant 356 x 56 or related.
