Fatal Error: Call to undefined function

I am getting the following Error when trying to access my sites address book:

 

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_address_summary() in /address_book.php on line 88

 

I have search the forum and my own files but cannot find where thi function is defined.

 

If someone has a copy can they let me have it and tell me where it goes.

 

I am currently using general.php

Address_book.php

Its not a standard osCommerce function - you probably missed adding it while installing a contribution.
