futureto Posted December 31, 2004 Posted December 31, 2004 Hi, Looking to set up a meeting of individuals interested in exchanging experiences and ideas to better their ecommerce business. Thinking about holding it at a local Manhatten restaurant, bar, ect. If anyone is interested, please reply. Thanks and have a healthy and happy New Years!!! Ira
Guest Posted December 31, 2004 Posted December 31, 2004 Great idea. Shame, I'm in London. >_<
Guest Posted January 16, 2005 Posted January 16, 2005 I'm outside Philly and would be interested. Being a suburb/country boy, I'd prefer outside the city. maybe pick an easy restaurant off an easy exit off the Turnpike? I know a great Italian place but it is way down in south jersey.
Rob123 Posted January 17, 2005 Posted January 17, 2005 I'm game... but I need to ask my my social planner (aka my wife) once you have a date/time/location set. A chatroom of power-users might be more productive since it would allow people around the world to attend. Robert

All the "power meeting of the minds" kinda stuff I need is right here on the Forum!
Guest Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 Ya, exactly... would be nice to know who I've been talking to for years... :)
burt Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 I am wondering if I can put a flight to the US and a weeks holiday against this years Taxes... hmmmmmm. ;)
www_claireschoice_com Posted January 18, 2005 Posted January 18, 2005 sorry, week day evenings seem not practical since people are coming from different far locations. anytime will do for me.
jcisar Posted January 19, 2005 Posted January 19, 2005 Hey, Im posting this abit late. I live in VT. The area of VT where live harbors 3 major colleges, and a university. Among them, Champlain College in Burlington VT has one of the leading e-Business Management programs on the USA. The area colleges often sponsor events when shown to pose relevence to their curriculum. If one were to get them to sponsor the event, obtain a keynote speaker....hmmm :-"

dwatson Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 In the NY Area, count me in. Thanks, David Watson
Guest Posted January 30, 2005 Posted January 30, 2005 I'm in north NJ so I'd be game, best on a weekend though, as has been said. People won't make it into the city of an evening.
